Receipt

What Prism prints when an agent stops, and what each line means.

Read the receipt when the agent stops. Do not trust "done" without it.

When the agent stops, Prism works out what this change touched, runs the checks that reach it, and prints a verdict: SHIP, NOT PROVEN or NO-SHIP.

A failure counts only when this change caused it. A check that was already failing when the session started is reported on its own line and does not block the agent.

LineMeaning
Prism · SHIPEvery changed source file is reached by a test that ran and passed.
Prism · NOT PROVEN (reason)Nothing failed, but a changed file has no test, or its tests did not run.
Prism · NO-SHIP (…)A check this change broke did not pass, or the change touched an off-limits path. The agent is sent back to fix it.
Already failingThe check was red before this session.
