1.11.1 — Skills history and Pulse meter

Published skills keep versions. Pulse wait/work/pause matches last-step status, and Worked no longer includes pause.

This note is from a 1.x release, as it was written then. Prism 2.0 removed Dispatch, the VS Code and Cursor extensions, app-shell and the playground. Current changes

Console skills and Pulse meters catch up with how jobs actually run.

Skills keep version history. Revert, delete, or compare a snapshot. Edit can Update Skill with teammate instructions.
Pulse paints pause as its own step. The status pill matches the last step. Worked time excludes pause.
Running and paused bars use the same 6px height as done, failed, and cancelled.

Keep @latest. Reload MCP after this publish. The Prism Dispatch guide it pointed to was removed in 2.0.
